Friendly, professional and helpful staff. The optician clearly explains the various pieces of equipment he uses. When he found an issue at the back of one of my eyes and had to refer me to my doctors and the hospital he clearly explained why and what would happen next. This time they suggested just having my lenses changed rather than buy new frames. When the lenses arrived it only took a few minutes to put into my existing fames.
